The grades for the various youth competitions within Tyrone for 2011 have been agreed and a draft copy of these and proposed fixtures details have been drawn up. County Youth Officer Eugene Mc Connell has forwarded this press release to inform all those interested in Youth Football within the county of this year’s proposed arrangements.

please see attached a draft copy of both the Youth Grades for 2011, plus a Fixtures Schedule of all dates.

These have been drawn up following close consultation with all the main stake holders. Opinions and views were sought from all Clubs and I wish to thank all those Clubs who did come back to me with their viewpoints.

The Grades have been ratified by the County Youth Sub Committee following a meeting last night 6-1-2011. The Fixture Dates attempt to accomodate the completion of games with the minimum of disruption and hopefully by working with Clubs we can achieve accomodation so as to ensure all our Youth Players get the opportunity to take part in all our Gaelic Games.

Should Clubs have any final queries on either can they get back to me by the 16th of January.

It is hoped to have a Special Youth Pre Season meeting with all Club Chairmen, Secretaries and Youth Officers on Feb 8th In Kelly’s Inn at which all the Youth Championship Draws will be made.
