Barry Mc Elduff Book Launch On Monday Night

Monday night at 8:00pm and the place to be is Omagh Library. The reason is the launch of “Keep ‘er Lit”Barry Mc Elduff’s book of anecdotal reflections on characters and situations that he has encountered up and down the country over the years. The former Carrickmore corner forward is of course steeped in the GAA and the association is central to the life of the local MLA. His book is full of humour, insight, wit and laughter and lots of amusing stories related to the many wonderful and endearing characters he has had the pleasure of dealing with on his travels throughout his native county and beyond.

Barry was part of the wonderful 32-32-32fundraising initiative earlier this year which saw himself and several other well known Tyrone men raise thousands of pounds for the Simon Community in Ireland. Perhaps some of the craic enjoyed by the group during that character defining week will feature in the book but you can be sure the “wee man” will be more than willing to share a story or two with all who come along for the launch on Monday night November 19^th at 8:00pm in Omagh Library.
