Wednesday night was a busy night for youth football in the county but there was also the small matter of two Division 3 All County League games with Killyman hosting Clan Na nGael and Brocagh taking on Brackaville. There were wins for the Emmetts and CNG with both teams running up decent scoring tallies. CNG defeated Killyman 2-16 to 3-6 after leading 1-10 to 1-3 at the break and Brocagh saw off the challenge of the Roes 2-13 to 0-8. Enda Mc Gahan (1-2) top scored for Killyman while Ronan Mc Veigh and Cathal Mc Gahan both bagged 1-1 apiece. Ryan Mc Kenna completed the scoring for Killyman with a brace of points. CNG dominated most of the second half with some fine scores throughout the team with the hardworking Johnny Knox, Joe Ball and Gareth McDermott weighing in with several well executed scores.  A late Niall Kerlin goal saw the Clanns close out a comfortable win.

CNG Scorers: David Conway 1-4, Gareth McDermott 0-4, Joe Ball 0-3, Johnny  Knox 0-3, Niall Kerlin 1-0, Marc Henry 0-1, Paul Conwell 0-1, Dee Ball 0-1,Danny Conwell 0-1,Conor Harkin 0-1.

Brocagh were on top from the off against Brackaville and after a dominant first half in which Mickey Hughes hit 0-3, Aidan Dorman got the all important first goal and  Brandon Mc Kiver clipped over 0-2 they led at the break 1-9 to 0-3. Brocagh continued to dominate after the restart as Aidan Dorman bagged his second goal of the game and Mickey Hughes added another brace of points. The Emmetts scoring was rounded off with Michael Robinson and Owen Canavan adding a point apiece.  Dale Mc Sorley (2) and Conor Stock accounted for Brackaville’s first half scores while Ronan Mc Hugh (3) and Tiernan Mc Glinchey (2)  shared the second half scoring for the Roes.
