Cookstown Crowned Division 2 Champions!

It looks like Cookstown have secured the O’Neills Division 2 League Title without having to kick a ball. Reports coming through to Teamtalkmag.com suggest that Stewartstown have indicated to the CCC and Cookstown that they are unable to field a team this weekend. With the two points automatically going to Cookstown that brings them on to 24 points and because they have defeated Moy earlier in the year they are crowned league champions. The Fr Rock’s also secured the Reserve league title last month and they can now look forward to the Intermediate championship final next weekend safe in the knowledge that they will be returning to the top flight in 2013.
