Double Disappointment For Tyrone Ladies.

Tyrone under 16 girls team completed a weekend of disappointing results for the county when they were on the receiving end of a very heavy defeat against Cork in their do or die match in Birr on Sunday losing 8-19 to 0-8. They were up against a very fit, well drilled Cork team whose support play and use of the ball caused all sorts of problems for the Tyrone girls. Emma Mulgrew, Siobhan Sheerin and Grainne Rafferty were the stand out performers for the Red Hands on a day when very little went right for them and they were up against a quality side.
