Hughes Is New Pearses Manager

Former Eglish player Paul Hughes is the new manager of Galbally. “Buzzer”, as he is affectionally known, lives in Galbally and he takes over from former Derry star Johnny McBride. Paul, who won an Ulster U21 medal with Tyrone in 1990, was manager of Monaghan side Scotstown two years ago and he now takes charge of a Galbally side who lost out to Kildress in this season’s Intermediate championship final.
