A Mark Donnelly goal late on secures the win for St Patrick’s Academy.  A brilliant second half performance from the Dungannon school boys.

Ryan Coleman and Mark Quinn add futher point for Dungannon as we head towards injury time.

GOAL – Cormac O’Hagan finds the net for the Academy.  But Maghera have responded well and now lead by a single point with nine minutes to go.  St Patrick’s Academy 1-5 St Patrick’s Maghera 0-9

38 minutes gone and the score is now St Patrick’s Academy 0-4 St Patrick’s Maghera 0-7

Half time and the Academy trail by two points.  St Patrick’s Academy 0-4 St Patrick’s Maghera 0-6.  They are two point behind but they’ll be happy enough considering that Maghera had the breeze helping them in the opening half.  Ryan Colman has three points from frees.

20 minutes gone and it’s now St Patrick’s Academy 0-2 St Patrick’s Maghera 0-4.  Cormac O’Hagan and Ryan Coleman have added the point for the Academy who are playing against a stiff enough breeze.  Maghera have also missed a penalty.

8 minutes gone here in Castledawson and it’s St Patrick’s Academy 0-0 St Patrick’s Maghera 0-1.  It’s been a very nervous start for both team this morning with both sides registering a number of early wides.

St Patrick’s Academy Dungannon take on St Patrick’s College Maghera in Castledawson this morning to fight it out for the Corn na nÓg Cup. This is a repeat of the Dalton Final last year when Maghera won out in Cookstown.
