Reigning champions Tyrone have received a boost ahead of their mouth-watering Ulster semi-final clash with Donegal on June 18th with the news that Justin McMahon returned to action for Omagh on Wednesday night.

The 2008 All-star full back came on as a substitute in the last ten minutes of his club’s rearranged division one encounter with Donaghmore at Healy Park. McMahon sustained a calf injury in his club’s opening game of the season and didn’t feature until now having not made the panel for Tyrone’s comfortable eleven point victory over Derry last weekend.

Red Hands manager Mickey Harte will be delighted with the news given the fact that Cathal McCarron continues to struggle with a hamstring injury and Justin’s return will give further defensive options ahead of the repeat of last season’s Provincial decider.
