Naomh Mhuire are County Minor Champions

A point from full forward Padraig Donnelly and a Daryll Magee  free reduces the gap to the bare minimum with the game entering injury time. However county minor Darren Mc Currie nails the championship with a deft pick up and left footed finish to put two between them and secure the county minor double for Naomh Mhuire.

54 mins – Caolan Morgan extends the lead to three shortly before Dara Mallon in the Naomh Mhuire goals pulls off a great save to keep them three ahead.

49 mins – Conor Mallon lands a point to put Naomh Mhuire two up. Naomh Mhuire 1-6 Clonoe 1-4

43 mins – McNulty denied a goal after an unbelievable block by Naomh Mhuire full back Niall Maneely.

42 mins – Daniel McNulty put the sides a point apart with an excellent score from play.  Clonoe had the chance to level a short time later but shot wide.  Naomh Mhuire 1-5 Clonoe 1-4

40 mins – Magee and Daniel McNulty haul Clonoe back into the game with two points inside 30 seconds. Naomh Mhuire 1-5 Clonoe 1-3

38 min – Another McCurry point calms the Naomh Mhuire nerves.

37 mins – GOAL Clonoe – Game on in Galbally.  Darl Magee cooly convert a penalty after McNulty in pulled down in the box. Naomh Mhuire 1-4 Clonoe 1-1

34 mins – McCurry adds a point to put Naomh Mhuire six up.Daniel McNulty

31 min – GOAL Naomh Mhuire. Ball in from McCurry, Clonoe goalkeeper let it out of his grasp before making a good save from Caolan Morgan but Adam Burns was on hand to pick up the rebound and finish to the net.   Naomh Mhuire 1-3 Clonoe 0-1
