Last year’s winner Niall Gavin is setting the pace again in the race to be crowned Begley’s Sports Division three top league scorer. He has hit an impressive 2-16 in his first two outings and is four points clear of nearest rival Mark Corry from Castlederg. Fintona’s Cathal Starrs is a close third with Cookstown’s Matthew Carberry and Drumquin’s Sean McDonagh completing the top five.
