Notice Regarding Summer Camps 2011.

I realise the weather and time of the year will probably cause many of you to wonder just how we could possibly be thinking about Summer Camps yet but with the need for forward planning and event co-ordination Tyrone GDO Anne Daly has requested that clubs respond to the following notice.
Preparations will be commencing shortly for the 2011 summer camps.
- Can all Clubs wishing to host a summer camp please specify their preference week or any weeks which are unsuitable to host a camp? I would appreciate if all Clubs interested in hosting a camp could let me know by Friday 21st January. Every effort will be made to accommodate all Club requests.
- The maximum number of camps run per week is six, camp places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Attendance figures at the 2010 summer camps will be taken into consideration.
2011 Summer Camp Dates
Week One – Monday 4th July – Thursday 7th July
Week Two – Monday 11th July – Thursday 14th July
Week Three – Monday 18th July – Thursday 21st July
Week Four – Monday 25th July – Thursday 28th July
Week Five – Monday 1st August – Thursday 4th August
Week Six – Monday 8th August – Thursday 11th August
Week Seven – Monday 15th August – Thursday 18th August
Week Eight – Monday 22nd August – Thursday 25th August
