Tyrone and Donegal Cruise Into Buncrana Final

Reigning Buncrana Cup champions Tyrone cruised into the final of the 2018 Buncrana Cup with a facile 6-19 t0 0-6 point win over Derry in Healy Park on Saturday. The Red Hands were 2-8 to no score up inside 15 minutes as Derry struggled to cope with the onslaught of Tyrone’s scoring power. By half time that scoreline had reached 4-13 to 0-2.
The second half didn’t fare much better for the Oakleafers as Tyrone went on to outscore the visitors by 2-6 to 0-4. Final Score – Tyrone 6-19 Derry 0-6.
Tyrone now take on Donegal in the final on May 5th. The Donegal men were equally as impressive in their 4-10 to 0-8 victory over Monaghan in Letterkenny.
