Tyrone Hurlers Through To League Final

Tyrone senior hurlers are through to the National League final after a hard fought and closely contested win over neighbours and rivals Donegal on Saturday afternoon.

Cormac Munroe (1-1), Lorcan Devlin (1-1), Tiernan Morgan (1-1), Joe Mc Toal (1-0) and Sean Óg Grogan scored the all important goals for the Red Hands while Aidy Kelly, Ben Gormley, Fionn Devlin and Rory Weir were among the points for the winners who can now look forward to a clash with Derry in the final. Although Tyrone led by five at half time the home side reeled them in going down the stretch but Tyrone managed to hold out and won 5-9 to 3- 14.
