Michael Hughes has kicked the winning point for Brocagh as they defeat Clogher 1-10 to 0-12 in an enthralling game of football.  If the Junior championship has more games like this we are in for a real treat.

Level in Eglish.  Clogher 1-8 Brocagh 1-8.  Less than one minute to go in normal time.

Clogher are back in the lead with three minutes left on the clock.  Ciaran Shields and Darragh Kavanagh get the scores as they now lead 0-11 to 1-7.

All change in the second half in Eglish and Brocagh now lead 1-6 to 0-8.  Paul O’Neill has got the goal for Brocagh while Michael Hughes has also been on the scoreboard for the Emmetts.

Half time in Eglish and Clogher look like they have taken control of the game.  They now lead 0-6 to 0-3 thanks to another point from Darragh Kavanagh.  Brocagh will have the wind at their backs in the second half.

Clogher are now in the lead in Eglish approaching the break.  Points from Darragh Kavanagh and Ciaran Shields have them 0-5 to 0-3 ahead.

Brocagh are 0-3 to 0-2 ahead in Eglish after 15 minutes. Michael Hughes has slotted two points for Brocagh and Ciaran Donnelly has added the third point.

Beragh 1-10 Fintona 2-12

Final Score Fintona 2-12 Beragh 1-10.  A poor end to the game for Beragh who conceded what looked like an own goal.  Fintona now through to the quarter finals.

It’s a real battle between sharp shooters Niall Mellon 0-4 and Martin Rodgers 0-5 trade more scores.  Fintona lead 1-12 to 1-9.

Wing half back pops up for Beragh and helps reduce the lead and Martin Rodgers gets his first for Beragh.  Fintona 1-5 Beragh 1-2.

Fintona now five points clear of Beragh.  Aaron McCarney splits the posts with another free. Fintona 1-5 Beragh 1-0

Beragh are off to the perfect start in Killclogher tonight.  A goal inside three minutes.  Wing half forward Hugh Franey has bagged a goal for the Red Knights.  Fintona have managed a free from McCarney to reduce the lead to two.
