Ulster Juvenile Handball Championships This Weekend.

Kingscourt County Cavan is sure to be a hive of activity this weekend as it hosts The Ulster Forty by Twenty Juvenile Handball Championships. Tyrone will be there in force with fifteen representatives from no less than six clubs all competing for provincial honours.
There are strong hopes for success in each category with Patrick Mc Crory and Paul Clarke expected to do well in the Under 16 Boys Doubles. Carrickmore pair Niall Allison and Paul Mc Kay is also tipped to feature prominently in the Boys Under 14 Doubles. Brackey lad Sean Kerr is among the favourites for the Boys Under 13 Singles title while it is hoped that newcomers Turlough Clarke, Ciaran Cuddy and Cormac Munroe will put up a strong showing in the Under 12 section.
Tyrone are fancied to do well in the girls sections too with Aoife Kelly and Maeve Mc Elduff strongly tipped to be there or thereabouts in the under 14 and under 16 age groups respectively while we can expect a strong showing in the under 12 Doubles from Ciara Mullan and Michaela Mc Guinness and in Under 13 Doubles from Alesha Mc Crory and Sinead Donnelly.
