Late two pointers from Cathal Donaghy and Arnoldas Macidulskas saw Loughmacrory lead 0-11 to 1-5 at the interval.
The second half saw the relentless pace continue. Lough went 4 up before two pointers from Tiernan Loughran and Ruairi Loughran left the minimum between them with twenty minutes remaining.
Oisin O’Kane’s frame prevented a Jonny Munroe goal, but Lorcan McGarrity levelled with a two point free before Niall Allison edged Carmen in front inside the last ten.
