At the other end, Ryan McElroy saved from Ciaran Kerlin. The goal gave Clogher a huge boost in confidence, and they deservedly grabbed a second goal midway through the half  with Go Man of the match Ciaran Bogue finding the net to all but guarantee passage to the last four.

Keenan Donaghey kicked Clann ‘s final point with twelve to go.

Clogher finished the stronger and five late points, including Ryan McElroy’s second free off the deck confirmed victory for the Clogher men.
