Donaghmore recovered from a poor start to beat Coalisland away from home to send the Fianna into the relegation playoffs. Peter Heron and Michael McKernan got early goals for the Fianna with Cormac O’Hagan among their points, Ronan Cassidy and Conor Cush responding for Donaghmore. Paddy McNeice got a 3rd Coalisland major but Donaghmore hit back with a succession of points from Cush, Cormac McCann, Johnny McKenna and Ronan Donnelly before Ryan Cush scored an injury time winning goal.

Moortown lost out away to Dungannon for a result that means they will travel to Coalisland for a sudden death playoff. Patrick McKearney got the only goal of the game with Paul Donaghy and James Quinn hitting 0-10 between them. Peter Devlin, Ryan Kelly and Conor Quinn all supplied points for the St.Malachys but it wasn’t enough.

Greencastle will be playing Intermediate football next season (unless they win the championship) after being well beaten at Trillick. Daniel Donnelly and Liam Gray got the goals for the St.Macartans with Lee Brennan weighing in with seven points. Mark Carson and Shane Coyle were the two marksmen on the day for the disappointed St.Patricks.

Niall Morgan bagged two goals and Donal Maneely got one as well while Darren McCurry kicked a number of points as Edendork ended their league campaign with victory at home to Eglish. Caolan Muldoon was the Eglish goal scorer with Seamus Muldoon and Luke Donnelly supplying points.

Dromore secured an emphatic victory at home to Carrickmore with the Sludden brothers Tiernan and Niall Getting their goals. Sean McNabb, Peter Teague and Oran Rafferty were among the points for the St.Dympnas with Lorcan McGarrity and Stephen Grogan on target for the St.Colmcilles.

It finished all square at Pearse Park between Galbally and Loughmacrory. The visitors led most of the way thanks to an Eoin Donaghy goal and points from Cathaoir Gallagher and Eoin McElholm. Scores from Conor Donaghy kept the Pearses in touch with his haul including the equaliser after Joseph Corrigan had scored a late goal.

Killyclogher and Ardboe took the opportunity to rest a number of regulars with the result that it was a high scoring and open game. Oran Toal got a brace of goals for the winners with Patrick Corcoran and Dara Hayes also raising green flags while Caolan Mallaghan and Stephen Teague got the goals for the Rossas.
