Unless they upset the odds and win the Intermediate championship Strabane will make a quick return to Junior football after losing narrowly to neighbours Owen Roes. Once again Oran McGrath led the way in the scoring stakes for the Sigersons with Gavin Molloy also on target. Peter Kirk, Conall McCormack and Stephen Harper were among the points for the visitors.

 

Tattyreagh will have to travel to Killeeshil for a sudden death playoff after they lost out to Beragh. Eoghain Murray and Johnny Harkin got their goals with James Darcy contributing seven points. Patrick McCann and Cathal Owens got the goals for the Red Knights with Martin Rodgers, McCann and Ben McSorley among their points.

 

Killeeshil finished off their regular season with a defeat at home to Derrylaughan. Tomas Hoy top scored for the St.Marys with his haul including a goal with Eoin Neill getting their other major. Tomas Carney top scored for the Kevin Barrys with 0-8 to his name with James Donnelly and Stephen McGrath featuring prominently in the scoring stakes as well.

 

Championship Clonoe ensured that they went through their league campaign unbeaten after they accounted for Kildress. Rhys Donnelly and Patrick Doris got the Rahillys goals with Ciaran Corr and Ryan Morrow grabbing points. Eoin Brannigan and Philip Lennon had points for the Wolfe Tones with the latter also scoring their goal.

 

A high scoring encounter at Aghyaran saw the hosts just edge the verdict against Stewartstown. Ronan McHugh and Eoghan McHugh [2] got the St.Davogs goals with Barry McMenamin and Paddy McNulty supplying points. Cumhai O’Neill, Tiernan Rush, Gareth Devlin and Stephen Talbot were the goal scorers for the Harps.

 

Pomeroy secured local bragging rights with victory away to neighbours Rock. Pearse Quinn bagged the only goal of the game with Kieran McGeary, Frank Burns, Conor McGarrity and Shane Murphy among the points for their respective sides.

 

Naomh Eoghan had the minimum to spare at home to Clogher. Eoin Devine got their goal as well as a number of points with Eamon McGovern and Dabhog McNamee also on target. Marc McConnell got the Eire Ogs major with Cillian Barkey, Ryan McCaughey and Ciaran Bogue notching points.

 

Moy were in fine goal scoring form on their trip to Gortin. Adam Donaghy bagged a hattrick with Ryan Coleman, Michael Conroy and Declan Conroy all finding the net as well. Liam Og Mossey got the Gortin goal with points coming from Sean Og McAleer, Odhran Brolly and Shane Clarke.
