Drumragh overcame Naomh Eoghan in a high scoring encounter, 6-8 to 5-6. Emma McCloskey 2-3, Rihanna Barrett 2-3, Caoimhe McCarron 1-1and  Emma Cait Gallagher 1-1 were the scorers for the Sarsfields with Cora Walsh, Cassie McCabe, Josie Hughes, Iona Mills and Evie Gallagher all played well for the winners as well.

 

It finished level pegging between Aghyaran and Owen Roes, 1-5 to 2-2. The keepers on both sides deserve a lot of credit as they made a number of good saves between them. Kacee Goan hit 1-3 for the St.Davogs with Cara Byrne and Dearbhla O’Shea Byrne getting a point each. Cara McAleer got both goals for Owen Roes with Jenna Porter and Ciara Kennedy getting a point apiece.

 

Clonoe made it three wins out of three when they proved too strong for visitors Glenelly at O’Rahilly Park. The winners started well with points from Niamh and Medbh O’Hagan as well as Ciara Hughes while at the other end of the field Niamh Kilpatrick and Cara McKee kept things well marshalled in defence. Glenelly put the pressure on early in the second half but Clonoe weathered the storm with further scores from Aaoife McLaughlin, Lucy McKeown and Medbh O’Hagan while Cassie Fitzgerald and Alana Acheson played well in defence. Kerri McGlone 1-2, Bree McBride 1-1, Claudia O’Neill , Ellie Daly, Claragh Mossey and Maebh McKeown got the scores for Glenelly.

 

Fintona maintained their perfect record but it took a second half fightback to earn them a 3-17 to 5-6 victory after they trailed Sperrin Og by seven points at the break. Aaoife McGillion top scored for the Pearses with 1-7 to her name, Grainne Cassidy got 1-4, Aaoife O’Neill 1-2 and Aaoife Wilson and Niamh McMenamin a brace of points each.

 

Aghaloo produced a fine display to see of the challenge of Cookstown. Midfielder Eabha Coyle top scored for the Father Rocks with three points to her name, half back Emily McGurk got two with Deribhile Canavan also on target.

 

Galbally played host to neighbours Pomeroy at Pearse Park and they returned to winning ways with goals proving to be the difference in the end. Rachel Kelly, Aisling Cush, Eilis Tally and Caitlin Quinn got the goals for the winners with Annabel Quinn, Kelly and Tally getting two points each on a night when they had good displays from Rosie Donaghy, Clara McDonald, Ellie Hamill, Alannah McNulty, Maggie Quinn, Ella Hetherington, Mia McCann and keeper Maria McKenna.

 

Carrickmore continued their good run with a 5-11 to 3-9 victory over Errigal Ciaran. Errigal Ciaran defended resolutely throughout with great work from Hannah McCarney, Ellen Bradley and Caoimhe Conroy.
