Omagh CBS Miss Out On Corn na nOg Final Place

Omagh CBS came up just short in their bid to reacd this year’s Corn na nOg final when they lost out to title favourites St Pat’s Maghers at Greencastle on Saturday morning. The Derry lads led 1-3 to 0-04 at the break and while the Brothers had second half goals from Conor Loughran and Ciaran Mc Cormack they lost out 2-06 to 2-04. Tyrone hopes still continue in the competition with St Pat’s Dungannon meeting St Pat’s Cavan in the other semi final at Tyholland on Monday afternoon. A win for the Academy would set up a repeat of last year’s Dalton Cup Final.
