Eglish won away to Trillick in grade one in what turned out to be a high scoring encounter at Donnelly Park. Brian Og McGuckin, Joe Mackin, Matthew Daly and Ethan Gildernew all played well for the St.Patricks.

 

Ardboe made the short trip to Paddy Cullen Park were they recorded a good win against Cookstown. Tommy O’Hare, Ciaran McKeown and Cahir McKeown featured among the scorers for the Rossas with Jack Muldoon and Joseph Gillespie also playing well.

 

Clonoe lost out away to a strong Carrickmore side. Conor Taggert and Eoin Ferguson got a goal each for the O’Rahillys as well as being among the points as were Dylan Doris and Ben O’Neill. Feidhlim O’Hagan, Jack O’Neill, Charlie Taggart and Jamie Coney all played well for the visitors.

 

Dungannon produced a superb display to run out emphatic winners over Errigal Ciaran. Eoin Spence and Thomas Slater got goals in each half for the Clarkes with Sean Toner bagging a hattrick in the second period as well while there were good displays from Corin Kelly and Tommy Mullan.

 

In grade two Na Doiri Oga had the minimum to spare over Fintona in a cracking encounter, 2-13 to 4-6. The winners had exceptional performances from Corbin O’Neill, Matthew McGuigan, Rueben Morgan, Matthew Mulgrew and Cathair Campbell. O’Neill gave an exhibition of scoring and he was accompanied by scores from Campbell, Mulgrew and Charlie Bell with McGuigan getting the winning point.

 

Pomeroy edged out Edendork in another keenly contested clash, 5-6 to 3-10 the final scoreline. The Plunketts trailed by five points with time running out but they managed to turn things around on a day when Odhran Barrett, Mickey Nugent and Padric Murphy were among their scorers. Logan O’Connor hit 1-7 for Edendork with Ronan Daly grabbing 1-3 and Finn O’Connor getting their other goal on a day when Eoghain McGeary, Darragh McGeary and Aaron Devlin also played well for them.

 

Donaghmore lost out away to Drumragh despite a battling performance. Dara O’Neill got a brace of goals for the visitors with Matthew Hetherington also finding the net and Frankie McGoldrick playing well.

 

In grade three Moortown made the long trip to Sigerson Park to take on Strabane and the Loughshore lads were well beaten. Charlie Martin, Emmett Kelly and Oisin McVey got the points for the St.Malachys with good performances coming from Eoin Kelly, Caiden Martin and Jacob Ferguson.

 

Rock lost out by a single point at home to Coalisland, 4-7 to 4-6. Comghall Mullan and Fionn Daly had goals for the home side as well as points with Daithi Kerr and Daryl Owens both playing well. Conor Timlin, Dilly Hamilton, Conor Toner and Brendy Fee got the Fianna goals with Arni, Reece Fee and Sean McDonald playing well in defence.

 

Goals won the day for Brackaville at home to neighbours Stewartstown in grade four. Adam Callan, Aaron Callan, Shane Talbot and Jayden Lawrence got the goals for the Roes with Erikas (4), Aaron Callan and Shea Comac scoring their points. Aidan Park, Fintan Kelly and Charlie Park all played well for the Harps.

 

 

In the Development league Ardboe lost away to Omagh with Lorcan Coleman their main scorer with Eoin McKeown and Caden Doris their top performers on the day.

 

Cookstown lost out at home to Carrickmore in a close encounter. Jake Mulligan 2-1, Adam McAleer 1-2, Matthew Ward 1-2, Joe Martin 0-1 and Sean Marty Rogers 0-1 were the Father Rocks scorers on the day.
