After a second night of “roughing” it Big Oz and Wee Barry continued their travels through Leinster with Dublin their first port of call this morning. Their journey has seen them meet many interesting people along the way including a group of homeless last night at College Green. The Tyrone Association Dublin arrived and made a considerable donation to the cause and the lads were also delighted to receive a similar donation from Carton House earlier in the day.
A good start is half the battle they say and it was the big keeper who made the perfect start to today’s activities as he saved penalty number fourteen. The lads then headed for Kells in County Meath and on arriving discovered that the entire Cul Camp plus Joe Sheridan, Seamus Kenny and the Fergusons had all assembled to lend their considerable vocal support. Well some may call it support but there is no doubt the penalty taker was beginning to feel the heat and as the huge assembled crowd chanted “PRESSURE” the wee man stepped up and slotted it home to make the score 10-5 in his favour. Next up is the halfway point in terms of the total as the party head for Edenderry in County Offaly
