Darragh Wins Golden Boot In D2

Augher sharpshooter Darragh Kavanagh is the winner of the Begleys Sports sponsored golden boot for the leading marksman in Intermediate league football this season after finishing with an impressive 9-84 to his name. The winner for the previous two years, Ronan McHugh, finished in a very creditable second place which was quite an achievement considering that he missed five starred games while on County duty. Peter Hughes, Philip Lennon and Mark Corry complete the top five. Darragh will receive two complimentary tickets to the Teamtalk All Star banquet in the Great Northern Hotel in Bundoran on November 24^th when he will receive his award.
